This project involved the implementation of SAP solutions to optimize the operations at Arab American Vehicles (AAV), focusing on enhancing vehicle production, inventory management, and supply chain operations. The SAP system was integrated across AAV's manufacturing plant, enabling seamless tracking of components for military and civilian vehicles, such as the Jeep Wrangler and Cherokee, as well as various Peugeot models. The integration aimed to improve real-time data access, streamline inventory control, and enhance the efficiency of both assembly and aftersales operations.
