El Garhy Steel
Ein umfassendes SAP S/4HANA-Implementierungsprojekt vor Ort im Jahr 2020 zur Modernisierung und Integration der Unternehmensabläufe. Das Projekt umfasste fünf Buchungskreise und drei Produktionswerke und deckte einen umfassenden Umfang wichtiger SAP-Module ab, darunter Materialwirtschaft (MM), Vertrieb (SD), Produktionsplanung (PP), Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling (FI/CO), Instandhaltung (PM) und Qualitätsmanagement (QM). Ziel der Implementierung war die Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, die Steigerung der Produktionseffizienz, die Verbesserung der Bestands- und Qualitätskontrolle sowie die Ermöglichung unternehmensweiter Finanz- und Betriebsberichte in Echtzeit.
