Project was started in 2017, Acloudear enabled the go-live of SAP Business ByDesign for Faradyne's two companies in Suzhou and the United States.

•Deploy two ERP projects for the companies in Suzhou and in US at the same time and the intercompany transactional data needs to be shared in real time and generate integrated data and report.

•The platform needs to be creative and have expandability to adapt to the future need of the company. In the longer term the platform can integrate multiple systems including MES, WMS and CRM.

•Real-time sharing unified forms and transactional data between Suzhou-based and US-based company. Integrated sales in Suzhou-based company with the procurement of US-based company, which support Suzhou shipping to US clients as 3rd party, which highly improves overall business efficiency.

•Customized First Time Through (FTT) lean production minimize the manual input which helps increase the first time through rate from 98% to over 99%, which reduces the need for inventory, improves overall equipment performance and management level.

•Achieved digitalization, systemization and standard process management across multiple modules, which greatly improves the on-time order delivery rate, improves compliance level, and improves data security and controllability, lowers enterprise management risk.

•SAP® Business ByDesign® perfectly meets our demand of strong brand credibility, solution is in-line with our business scale, also it can be quickly deployed .

•SAP® Business ByDesign® provides a cloud-based solution, which able to integrate all business of US-based and Suzhou-based companies on the one platform based on SAP Business ByDesign®.
