GESTAMP I SAP Concur
GESTAMP carried out an evaluation of cloud solutions to improve its travel expense processes, looking for a tool that could cover the complete travel expense management and integrated with its SAP ERP system. They gave way to the implementation of SAP Concur Travel & Expense with this objective and that of completely digitalizing the operations of Company travel.
During the project with SEIDOR, coordination between all parties involved in the implementation of the modules was key. SAP Concur Travel, integrated with the travel agency while SAP Concur Expense, needed to do so with the ERP through the native integration that the addon has to account for travel expenses.
A large part of the solution is intended to improve the user experience when traveling, which is how a tool was outlined that would facilitate the request of trips and the introduction of tickets in an expense report through the mobile application itself, reducing the time that the traveler spent with the previous tool.
With the easy adaptation of the tool and the application of SAP Concur functional best practices, it has been possible to parameterize a system that increases employee efficiency and everyone complies with company policy, thanks to the system of rules incorporated into the solution.
