Industrie TCM - Upgrade to SAP S/4HANA

Project Description

In recent years, Industrie TCM has learned to work with international companies, to control orders and associated costs. The priority was therefore to be leaner in managing the order. So Industrie TCM decided to move from SAP ECC to the latest version of SAP S/4HANA with a greenfield project.

The project covered all the main modules: finance and control, assets, treasury, materials management, production planning, quality management and sales. The MES system (SAP MII) was also interfaced natively integrated with SAP which allows to detect direct and indirect man-made activities with precision and with a very simple and preconfigured management of the detection tool in all its variables.
