The existing system operates inefficiently, hindering the smooth operation of domestic and international business processes. Paulaner aims to leverage the SAP Cloud ERP solution to achieve unified management and enhance work efficiency.

The project commenced in February 2023 and went live successfully in June, spanning a duration of four months.
