Implementation of a comprehensive SAP ERP solution for Town Gas, one of Egypt’s leading natural gas distribution companies. The project aimed to digitize and optimize the company’s financial, procurement, sales, and human resources operations through the deployment of core SAP modules including FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and HCM (Human Capital Management).
The implementation streamlined financial processes, enhanced procurement and inventory management, improved sales operations, and centralized employee data management. This transformation enabled Town Gas to achieve greater operational efficiency, improved decision-making, and enhanced service delivery in line with industry best practices.
