The company sought to improve production control, cost management and analysis of the information generated

Founded in 1984, the Virto Group is a leading company in the production, distribution and deep-freezing of vegetables, legumes, mixes, rice, pasta, cereals and prepared vegetable-based dishes, as well as a wide range of organic products. With 22 centers spread around the world, its products are present in 80 countries.

To support their internationalization process, they implemented three systems: SAP IBP for managing annual harvest forecasts; SAP S/4HANA to control the processes and costs of the entire production chain and finally, SAP Analitycs Cloud to provide efficient analytics of the knowledge generated by the rest of the systems.

To do this, they contacted SEIDOR, which has been the fundamental partner in this entire process and with which they carried out the design of the implementation strategy.
