In 2017, empleox in collaboration with other United VARs members, including Seidor Mexico and BCS successfuly helped SMP a global company located in Bötzingen, Germany to take another step towards its HR strategic goal. It was mainly concentrated on setting up a Global HR. SMP had the complex challenge of reconciling the corporate HR processes within the legal requirements of SMP's local subsidiaries across three different continents: America, Asia and Europe.
