- As a company, you recognized early on the need for efficient and modern document management and a link to SAP ERP to intercept and process the accumulated amount of data from day-to-day business. For your sales and service process, you use the Sales & Service Cloud and this is also linked to your SAP ERP, but not to your document management.
- As a salesperson, you mainly work in the SAP Sales Cloud. Document access or management of business objects does not take place in the Sales Cloud, but usually via your ERP or in your document management system.

Our Document Preview provides a single point of access to all your documents from SAP ERP. You can call up all common file formats that are encoded in Base64. As already known from other Own IPs, the Document Preview fits seamlessly into the Business Object of the Sales & Service Cloud. You can narrow down your call precisely using the period search function. A huge advantage is that your data is displayed temporarily in your Sales & Service Cloud and you do not need any additional storage capacity for this.
