This project involved the implementation of an SAP solution to streamline Saud Bahwan Group’s automotive operations, focusing on enhancing the management of vehicle sales, service operations, and inventory control. The SAP system was integrated across multiple automotive brands represented by the group, including Toyota, Lexus, Kia, Ford, and Lincoln. The integration aimed to optimize the sales order process, improve parts inventory management, and provide real-time data for better decision-making. By adopting SAP, SBG enhanced operational efficiency, reduced lead times, and improved customer service, ensuring that both sales and aftersales processes were seamlessly managed and aligned with global standards.
