In addition, All for One Document Output Management automatically assigns the appropriate documents to your business transactions based on tailored rules. This simplifies emailing, filing and printing a lot: For example, simply attach the corresponding documents to orders or quotes and send this information by email or provide it in your SharePoint Online. The e-mails sent are available in the attachment list on the document. By automatically archiving the mail logs you ensure a maximum of transparency in your document management at any time.

Document packages:
Based on flexible rules, further linked documents are automatically selected for generic objects such as production orders or purchase orders.
File conversion:
Third-party formats can be converted to PDF during the output process. It is also possible to split, merge or scale PDF files.
Mail recipient determination:
Dynamic multi-mail recipient determination (TO, CC, BCC) from partner roles is possible.
Printer determination:
For each business transaction and document the user's appropriate printer is determined on a rule-based framework.
Compliance-compatible preparation:
Optionally, the documents to be issued can be stamped. Business transaction and situation data, for example, are available for this purpose.
Archiving:
The output documents can be stored and archived together with the processing protocol at the respective business object.
SharePoint Online integration:
It allows a next step to a paperless company by integrating your Sharepoint Online.
DocuSign Integration:
Approval processes with secure signatures through integration of DocuSign are implemented.
