Founded in 2011, Jixifu Wine is an importer specializing in high-quality French wines, providing originally imported French wines to mainland China and serving many renowned retail chains within the country.

Jixifu faced an intensifying conflict between its rapid business growth and lagging localized management. There was an urgent need for a globalized ERP system to comprehensively meet the business and financial requirements. Acloudear tailored an SAP Cloud ERP solution for Jixifu, covering finance, inventory management, sales, HR, and other areas of management, enabling 4 companies across the Greater China region to achieve efficient business operations.

The project began in July 2020 and went live successfully in November, taking 4 months. Acloudear built an integrated business and financial management platform for Jixifu.

• Previously using the on-premise Kingdee K3 system, as the business grew, management of finance, sales, and supply chain could no longer meet the requirements.
• For financial reporting, it was unable to simultaneously satisfy Chinese & French GAAP requirements. Ledgers could not be consolidated, preventing the CFO of the French group from having real-time visibility into China's financial status.
• For warehousing, inbound deliveries were handled manually on an ongoing basis, preventing complete system processing of business processes. Sales orders could not verify real inventory data.
• For outbound logistics, despite shipments originating from different locations, logistics companies charged uniform rates, frequently resulting in overpayment of shipping fees.
• For HR management, processes like information management, onboarding, performance evaluations, job transfers, separations, and expense reimbursements were manually handled, leading to low efficiency.
• Issues frequently arose, such as indistinguishable outbound types for different gift box sales, resulting in chaos with gift boxes, returns, and many other problems impacting sales and after-sales service.

Through the SAP Cloud ERP solution, an integrated business and financial management approach was realized, fulfilling the French headquarters' need for efficient oversight and control over the business and financial operations of its 4 subsidiary companies in China. It facilitated highly efficient business operations across the 4 subsidiaries in the Greater China region.

• Visibility for the financial headquarters: The dual-ledger management approach provided high transparency into China's financial data, meeting the French headquarters' need for real-time and efficient financial control over the Chinese operations.
• Multi-channel business support: Leveraging SAP Cloud ERP, Jixfu received robust information support for its multi-channel business development. Additionally, over 10 custom-developed reports like the "Sales Order Tracking Table" enhanced sales efficiency, accommodating different channels, dealers, and pricing distribution models.
