Project Description
- Airports that bring many cultures closer keep transforming in the light of technological change. Providing end-to-end services to customers with a innovator technological infrastructure and increasing customer satisfaction are among the most popular investment areas.
- İGA Havalimanı Işletmesi A.Ş. positioned world’s top dijital and technological solutions with a full integrated architecture to offer the most connected and comfortable flight experience to its passengers. To bring its vision to life, for the first time in the world, end-to-end solutions under a single integrated system using SAP S/4HANA® and SAP® Customer Experience applications were developed at İGA. In this way, it has created an environment which is integrated with technology by providing a facilitated and personalized experience for everyone from its employees to its customers.
- İGA manages a new process which positined the customer at the center of its activities. The goal of İGA is to become a child-friendly airport with the help of digitalization and to host its guests with Turkish hospitality.
- All the modules of SAP have been used inside the airport since it was established. Also its loyalty management program, İGA Pass, was built on S/4HANA. Cyber security risks can arise from anywhere, however keeping information on the SAP Cloud, which is surrounded by cyber security barriers, ensures safe and advantage.
- The first phase of the rollout of SAP S/4HANA was completed in just six months, and was winner of 2021 at SAP Innovation Awards in the Cloud Genius category.
- SAP C/4HANA, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and IoT solutions which are innovative, creative and future shaping transformation solutions were implemented at Istanbul Airport.
