Sungrow | Shine with SAP Customer Experience
Sungrow SAP Customer Experience project was launched in July 2019.
The implementation scope is 5 major overseas sites:
- In November 2019, the American site first announced the go-live success.
- At the end of the same month, Asia Pacific, Middle East and African sites go-live at once.
- At the end of the following December, European site go-live.
The whole implementation last 6 months and began continuous optimization in 2020.

With the help of SAP Customer Experience®, a unified global marketing service system running through the complete pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale business process is rebuilt, which improves internal management efficiency and customer's satisfaction.
• Establish a unified market, sales and operation management platform and rules to provide a better integrated collaboration platform for global cross-department and cross-region.
• Realization of overall tracking the whole progress of project and development to ensure consistency and comprehensiveness of project information.
• Standardize the complete process of sales activities, support the process control of sales visit planning, visit positioning, visit summary, etc., and integrate with the expense reimbursement management system to realize the process management of the sales team and solution team.
• Through the establishment of a unified customer management platform, the group can achieve unified management of customer data such as strategic major customers and dealers, and form customer data assets. At the same time, ERP orders and financial data are integrated to achieve 360° management of customer information.
• Establish a complete after-sales service system and strengthen interaction with end customers. For example, a unified maintenance service Portal information management platform is convenient for customers to quickly submit maintenance application requests thus improving customer satisfaction.
• Realize automatic integrated management of service requests (Portal to FSM, FSM to C4C, C4C-ERP), which is convenient for after-sales to obtain customer requests in a timely manner.
• Sales and management personnel can view all to-do list, work calendars, customer databases anytime and anywhere.
